You agree to use Lovingerie's website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassment or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
- Transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the flow of dialogue
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue in our comments or reviews section
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, colors, sizing, and prices. However:
- Product images are representative and may vary slightly in person depending on lighting and screen display
- Sizes are approximate; we provide a detailed Size Guide and WhatsApp support to help you choose correctly
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for inaccurate pricing (should this occur, we'll notify you immediately)
- All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
Ordering & Payment
How orders work:
- You select products and quantities, provide shipping and payment information, and confirm your order
- We send a confirmation email with your order details
- Payment is processed through Razorpay or Cashfree (we do not store your card or payment details)
- Upon successful payment, your order enters our fulfillment queue
Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- UPI (BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across India
We accept INR (Indian Rupees) only. If you attempt payment in another currency, you will be notified at checkout. For COD orders: Payment is collected at the time of delivery. If you refuse delivery, return shipping charges apply, and your order may be cancelled.

SIZE EXCHANGES (7 days):
- Wrong size? Exchange free within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn with hygiene seal intact
- WhatsApp us photos and we'll arrange reverse pickup at no charge
REFUNDS (7 days, defective items only):
- Our items are hygiene-sealed and quality-checked
- Due to hygiene concerns with intimate wear, we cannot accept returns on opened, worn, or unsealed items
- Defective items (seam splits, material flaws, color bleeding): full refund or replacement within 7 days. Return shipping is covered by us if the defect is genuine.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If your package arrives damaged, photograph it with the outer box and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange replacement or refund.
No returns accepted after 7 days. This is firm to protect both your privacy and hygiene standards.
Shipping & Delivery
Discreet Delivery Promise:
- Every order ships in a plain, unbranded package
- No brand name, no product name, no visible indication of contents
- Courier slip shows a neutral sender name only
- Invoice does not list product names
Delivery Timelines:
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days. Rest of India: 5–8 business days. These are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors (weather, strikes, natural disasters).
Shipping Costs:
- Free delivery above ₹999
- Prepaid orders below ₹999: shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout)
- COD orders: shipping charges included in order value
We use Delhivery, Shiprocket, or partner couriers. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is paramount. We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. We never share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovingerie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
